           70669 NINJAGO Cole's Earth Driller

NINJAGO Legacy has always been impressive, with the updated versions of the originals and the minifigures. The Cole's Earth Driller not a disappointment at all with it having approximately 400 more pieces than the original. This set contains Cole's Earth Driller and the Giant Stone Warrior from the museum. It also contains 4 minifigures: Legacy Kai, Legacy Cole, a Stone Army Warrior and a Stone Army Scout. 




The Giant Stone Warrior really is the main antagonist in this set. The Stone Army Warrior and Scout are just backup. You can collect one of four Golden Weapons which is the Scythe of Quakes. The cockpit window is exclusive to this version of the Cole's Earth Driller. There are two. Kai has his katanas and so does the Stone Warrior. There is no real scene in the series where the Earth Driller battles with the Giant Stone Warrior except in "The Weekend Drill", one of the episodes in the mini-series "Tales from the Monastery of Spinjitzu". Kai wasn't there either, but I guess the designers at LEGO were just trying to make this version of the set more appealing than the original. But it actually is, the Giant Stone Warrior would of probably sold a lot of people who bought this set, not the Golden Weapons. The best way to get Golden weapons is in 70670 Monastery of Spinjitzu, it includes all of them!

 60324 CITY Mobile Crane CITY sets are back, with more great builds and minifigs. One of these new sets is a mobile crane vehicle, called 60324 CITY Mobile Crane. It's a great addition to your MOC city, considering that a crane like this has never been made. Yes, there was a TECHNIC version, but how are you going to fit that into your city? I'm just talking about good old bricks. Let's get to the set now. It includes 1 crane, a road plate, and 2 minifigures. Not much to it considering how much you'll have to pay for this set, but still, exclusive parts abound in this one. None of the minifigs are named, but you'll find that they still make appearances in the TV show. 60404 CITY Burger Truck

       As I said last article, I would do an article on the new burger truck set from LEGO, so now here I am doing that. It was a bit more overpriced than I initially assumed, so I wasn't too pleased but I guess it's okay. Anyway, before we get to the price, I want to just introduce the set. It's directed towards those 5 years old and up and included 194 pieces. The sole build is obviously a burger truck, or rather a burger van  because of its humble size with a big detachable burger housing the chef. Technically, the vehicle is just a flatbed van that carries a big hollow replica of the products its owners are selling. Anyway, the set, in terms of characters, is standard for these food truck sets from CITY: 2.
